Edamame This is Fujiko's Mom's method Wash edamame, nip one end off of the pods. Put edamame in pot. Weigh out some salt (10g+) and rub over edamame. Set aside for 1hr + Measure water and cover edamame. Add enough salt to equal 40g of salt per 1 liter of water, and be sure to count what you rubbed on the edamame earlier. Heat on high, at first boil turn off heat, let sit 5 minutes and they're done!
