Just a quick tip for those who enjoy crispy wings In a large bowl Get a simple flour mixture, cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, mustard powder, paprika, etc. Start out by boiling the wings , when the wings have become cooked, pour all the water into another bowl if you want gravy, of toss it. What is more important is getting those wet sticky wings into the flour mix before the wings dry out as they hold onto the flour mix better wet. Grease a cookie sheet and bake them at 425 until they are golden brown. in the meantime get your wing sauce ready. When they come out of the over toss em in their respective sauces and throw em back in to the oven for a bit to dry them out. I like a mix of honey/soy sauce/garlic this recipie also works great if you use chicken breast sliced and instead of boiling, just throw the pieces of meat into the flour mix and bake . peace N8 I used to go out to get wings, but LEON changed my ways No more bar finger foods for me
