my favorite secret deadly hot chicken wings recipee

you have to use Piri Piri hot sauce,, its a porteguese hot sauce,, and can be found in little portugal in toronto or vancouver,, get the ''molho'' or hottest!!! 

pous 3 little bottles of piri piri sauce into a small sauce pot,,

then add 1 cube of margarine

-table spoon of rosemary
-table spoon of thyme
-table spoon of dried chives

heat and mix,,

now here is the secret to making these deadly good!@!!!

you use lotsa chicken wings,, enought to fill maybe 2 lasagna casserole dishes,, so they are singel layered,,

then in the oven on BROIL,, very important!!!! broil them

not too close to the element,, but you take a turkey baster and baste them with the sauce over and over, turning them once the start to burn on each side,, over and over,, 

it will take about 40 minutes to get them done,, maybe less,, but i like the tips of the wings burned,, and the piri piri sauce makes it so you can eat the tips Bone and all of the wing!!!

this sauce is the most delicious,, hot sauce in the world,, using special piripiri peppers ,, if your lucky you light get to portugal and buy a small bit of origional sauce base with a couple real piri piri peppers in it,, man its hot,, but not rude hot,, it has the most awesome flavour,, too, hot and good 

blows away EVERY other hot sauce i can find anywhere,from franks red hot,, to whatever there is,, nothing has this kind of flavour,, , in the last 30 years of eating pirir nothing comes close!!!

hint - dips to cool off the heat are for babies!! you must eat it full strength hot!!! it will kill most germs in your body,too, 

Warning- best to buy some very soft toilet paper,before, and never have a group over with only one toilet in your house!!!!!
