Sopa Seca De Arroz (Dry Rice Soup) 2 cups cooked rice 4 tbsp. onions chopped 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 cup tomato or tomato juice 2 tsp. saffron 2 hard boiled eggs 2 Tbsp. cooking oil Sauté the onions until soft, then add the rice, garlic powder, tomatoes, and saffron. Cook dry without scorching. Pour into a serving dish and serve with the sliced eggs over the top.
