Green Chile Stew 2 lbs boneless pork, cubed 1 T. vegetable oil 3 stalks celery, diced 1 c. chopped onion 2 med. potatoes,cubed 1 8-12oz can/jar taco sauce or salsa 3 4oz. cans diced green chiles 4 c. chicken broth 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. cilantro 2 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. oregano salt to taste In a large pot brown pork in oil over med. heat. Add remaining ingredients-cover and simmer 1 hour. Serve with fresh corn or flour tortillas.
