Southwestern Corn Chowder 1 16 oz. jar TACO BELL brand hot picante sauce 3 Tbsp butter 3 Tbsp flour 1 medium onion, diced fine 1 medium red bell pepper, siced 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic 2 medium potatoes, cooked and diced 2 cans cream corn 1 can corn niblets 1 can chicken broth 1 pint half & half Shredded cheddar cheese ( garnish) Green Onions (garnish) In a large pan, melt butter. Saute garlic, pepper and onion until soft. Add flour and cook 2 minutes on medium heat. Add TACO BELL brand hot Picante Sauce, chicken broth, cream corn and simmer 5 minutes. Add potatoes and corn niblets. Add half and half and heat thoroughly. Ladle into bowls. Garnish with green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
