1/2 pound spagetti save 1 cup of pasta water 3-4 cloves garlic, sliced or crushed salt to taste pepper to taste 1/2 cup fine grated parmesan cheese extra virgin olive oil optional: chopped fresh basil, oregano or lemon zest. Crush or slice garlic. Warm fry pan, throw in garlic, salt & pepper. Turn off heat & throw in boiled pasta. Throw in parmesan cheese & toss lightly. Throw in herbs or lemon zest, then add pasta water as needed tossing until even. Serve!
