Honey Mustard Dressing INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons cider vinegar 3 tablespoons honey 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon onion, finely minced 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley 1 pinch salt 3/4 cup vegetable oil PREPARATION: Heat vinegar and honey in a heavy small saucepan over low heat, stirring until honey dissolves. Pour into bowl and cool. Whisk in mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and salt. Gradually whisk in oil.
